A 100% deposit is required before production begins on all orders. Armadillo Printwear operates with an allowable spoilage rate of 3% or one (1) garment per design variation, whichever is greater. We reserve the right to substitute materials of equal or greater quality when necessary. Artwork proofs, mockups, and digital renderings are for approval purposes only and are representative of the final product; minor variations in color, size, placement, and overall appearance may occur during production. Orders may not be canceled or returned once production has begun. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon pickup or delivery to the shipping carrier. Customers supplying their own garments or merchandise assume the risk associated with decorating those items and release Armadillo Printwear from liability for damage, spoilage, or variations in the finished product. Unless otherwise requested in writing, the customer grants Armadillo Printwear permission to photograph and use completed work for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes. Any claims regarding shortages, defects, or discrepancies must be made within 24 hours of pickup or confirmed delivery. By submitting payment, issuing a purchase order, approving artwork, or otherwise authorizing production, the customer certifies they have the legal right to reproduce all submitted artwork and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Armadillo Printwear from any resulting claims. Such authorization also confirms the customer has read, understood, and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided on a case by case basis. Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving product to be eligible.

Delivery Policy

Armadillo is not responsible for any damage to, or lack of delivery of any package or product once it as left our facility. Carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FEDEX to not make any guarantees regarding delivery conditions or times, and therefore neither does Armadillo.
